  1. Thanks for the comment.
I do appreciate that there are genuine football lovers and genuine players. Perhaps it's because we have had so much bad publicity about ours and their performance has certainly not matched the amount they are paid which makes me dislike it so much.
I am sorry Holland were runners up, I was on your side!
Did the 250 metre bunting go up though!!

  2. Congrats on doing so well in the World Cup! Go Oranje!

The plants that I use for my terrariums are in fact just any ordinary plant that likes a moist/ tropical air. They also need to be fairly small to fit inside the jars. You can use herbs also.
Just rememebr to place gravel or small stones in the bottom of the jar/ dish, so that excess water falls through and the roots don´t rot.
Start with a cheap plant, experiment and you´ll learn what it takes to make a perfect terrarium. It is very easy!

I do recommend the book The God of small things, it is a good read.

  8. Sports has become so political, there was no way the Dutch were going to take the title in South Africa, unfortunately. You can be proud of how hard you tried and supported your team.

  14. Awww that is such a sad picture! I didn't even watch the world cup, but I hate to see anybody lose anything. I can barely stand watching people get sent home on reality shows, haha! They look so disappointed. :(
