ilove.......work in progress

This weekend we've been busy with Jil's new room.We finally made the decision to give her Nick's room.As Nick went to university and lives there i found it hard to give his room away too soon. But Jil's room was so small it made no sense anymore to keep Nick's room  just for the rare occasion he sleeps here ( very busy social life :)).

So we started painting and i was soo happy when Jil and i agreed about this beautiful wallpaper of Nina Campbell. ( ok i pushed here just a little ...)
So this is where we left it, still got lots and lots of work to do.I'll keep you posted.

 
































I still had some wallpaper left ( in fact it was a whole roll but please don't tell hubby...he was in shock when he saw the price).So i made a panell for our own bedroom with it.


































I makes me happy, everytime i see it.

    Jil's room looks perfect.....you have done a great job and chosen such lovely colours....... and, if that panel that you made out of the left over wallpaper makes you happy then it was well worth the money !! XXXX

    And what can I say about Barcelona´s weather...brrr yes it´s sunny but so cold today!! I guess we´re not used to freezy days like these...

    That wall paper is so dreamy! I love it! What a cute idea to make a panel out of some. That room is looking so pretty. Any girl any age would be in bliss having such a room to retreat to.

    Yes, men and decorating worrying about the price. They just don't get it do they? :)

    I'm not really a wallpaper person, but I think I've just been converted! (and I'd rather have one fabby roll than a whole heap of wish-I'd-bought-the-other-paper rolls!) xx

    Beautiful. Your house is so lovely. I love this wallpaper, it is perfect. I am trying to find some for my home. Have you seen the Eiffinger wallpaper, it is rather dreamy too.
